Highland Coffees Return Policy and Procedures

100% Product Guarantee ~ Highland Coffees is committed to providing you the freshest products possible. We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If there is any problem or question regarding the products you receive from us, please contact us immediately by e-mail using the following guidelines.

Return Policy
We at Highland Coffees will always do everything we can to completely satisfy you and accordingly offer a 45-day return policy for all purchases of coffee and tea to ensure your satisfaction. If any of our coffees or teas fails to meet your expectations during that time, we will gladly replace the products you are dissatisfied with or refund the full cost of your purchase. Our return policy excludes return requests that may arise from grind imperfections.*

How to request a replacement or refund
To arrange a replacement or refund, please contact us through e-mail with the following details. Please indicate:

  1. your contact information and phone number;
  2. the items of your order that you are dissatisfied with and their purchase date;
  3. whether you wish a replacement shipment or refund; and
  4. any comments you wish to offer.

Please do not send any credit card information through email. Please also do not send products back without first contacting us because in some cases products do not need to be returned.

Upon receiving your email, we will contact you with information on how to send your products back to us (if return shipment is necessary), and we will let you know when your replacement products will ship and what your corresponding tracking number is. Or if you request a refund, we will credit your credit card account and notify you that it been credited with your requested refund amount. Alternatively, you may apply any refund as store credit good toward any product offered by Highland Coffees.

IMPORTANT: For replacements or refunds to be eligible, we must be notified within forty-five days from the date of shipping. We are unable to accept returns after forty-five days from the original shipment date. In addition, customers who return items without contacting us first may be subject to paying the return shipping costs.

*Although we accurately grind coffees at the requested grind levels, Highland Coffees is unable to give a refund or exchange on coffee due to an imperfect grind since the nature of preparing coffee, especially with home espresso makers, involves so many dynamic variables.
