Recurring Orders
Highland Coffees provides special Recurring Orders shipments at no additional cost if requested. Use this service to receive the same order on a regular basis without having to place the order online with us each time.
To set up a recurring order, after specifying the coffees and grind level you want for your order, simply note in the Special Instructions section of the Payment screen that you wish to have your order established as a Recurring Orders shipment. Tell us at what interval you would like to receive your shipment (for example, every week, 10 days, two weeks, three weeks, month, two months, etc.) and when you would like us to begin your shipments, and we will process your order at the requested start time and interval and charge your credit card at the time of each shipment. Remember: you save on shipping costs per pound by ordering more coffee in each shipment. You may stop your recurring order or change the details of your order at any time by sending an email.
